Fitness Center

The goal of the Navy Fitness Program is to create "Fitness for Life" for the entire Navy population, including active-duty Sailors, family members, retirees, and DoD civilians. Individual and group instruction is available from certified fitness professionals in cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and nutrition.

Facility use is free for active duty, retirees, Reservists, authorized family members, and DoD employees.  Civilian contractors and authorized guests are required to pay a fee* for use of the facility and must remain with their sponsor at all times. All patrons must show proper identification to enter the facility. Facility Guest Fee (includes Group X classes): $4.00/person/day.  Reservations are required for all fitness classes.
